Supply Chain Cost Controller

Our client in the FMCG industry is looking to hire a Supply Chain Cost Controller. You will take ownership of inventory control, costing, COGS, and supply chain finance activities across manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, depots, branches, and 3PL operations.

Key responsibilities include

:• Managing inventory control, reconciliations, stock valuation, and variance analysis

.• Leading monthly closing activities related to inventory, logistics costs, and COGS

.• Monitoring inventory movements including receipts, transfers, dispatches, returns, damages, and write-offs

.• Developing and maintaining standard costing, landed cost analysis, and profitability reporting

.• Controlling physical stock counts across factories, warehouses, depots, and third-party logistics locations

.• Identifying inventory risks including slow-moving, near-expiry, damaged, and obsolete stock

.• Analyzing supply chain costs and partnering with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to drive cost optimization initiatives

s:• 4–6 years of experience in inventory accounting, cost accounting, supply chain finance, or financial contro

l.• FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics industry experience preferre

d.• Strong knowledge of inventory valuation, costing, COGS analysis, reconciliations, and financial reportin

g.• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an advantag

e.• Advanced Excel and analytical skill
