Job description
SUMMARY
Exciting opportunity with a global biotech organisation looking for a senior clinical leader to shape early development strategy within Allergy.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll bridge clinical insight with translational science, helping define study design, endpoints, and development strategy from early phase through to Phase III within a fast-paced, global environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead early development strategy for an Allergy indication
- Define and drive endpoint strategy and study design across early-phase programs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate science into execution-ready clinical plans
- Support global development decisions and regulatory interactions
- Collaborate across regions to ensure alignment with program priorities and timelines
- Act as a clinical expert within a matrix structure, influencing key strategic decisions
QUALIFICATIONS
- MD / Physician with specialisation in Allergy (highly preferred)
- ~10+ years in clinical development within pharma/biotech
- Proven experience in early-phase strategy and endpoint design (up to Phase III)
- Strong exposure to global development and regulatory environments
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional matrix organisation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
