Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records and bookkeeping for construction and real estate development companies.
• Prepare internal financial statements and year-end closing accounts, and coordinate with external auditors and certified accounting firms regarding the requirements for issuing audited financial statements.
• Prepare, submit, and file tax returns, including following up on Value Added Tax (VAT) refund claims.
• Utilize ERP systems and accounting software to support financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare financial claims and progress payment certificates (Mustaqlasat) and follow up on their submission and approval.
• Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with approved accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in financial reporting, account reconciliations, and other accounting-related activities as required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Valid registration certificate with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
• Saudi National.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prepare reports and manage financial follow-ups.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
