What you do
1. Proactively engage SME owners to understand their financing needs and offer holistic/tailored loan products
2. Understand the business life cycle of small businesses to help them expand their reach and provide prudent financial solutions that best fit the business’ growth plans and financial goals.
3. Demonstrate good credit acumen with ability to mitigate financing risks to ensure robustness of our credit portfolio.
4. Strong cross team collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to nurture and grow new business and partnership opportunities.
Who you work with
1. SME owners: You will connect directly with SME owners to understand their financing requirements & offer tailored solutions
2. Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the proposed loan offering & application process is sound and efficient
3. Other Sales & Support teams: Partner with colleagues across various teams to better support any other banking needs which customer may require
Who you are
1. Degree holder, with min. 1-2 years of credit and sales experience covering local SMEs preferred
2. Fervent individual who is self-driven and possesses the willingness to take on additional initiatives to drive the overall business strategy
3. Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to connect with customers
4. Sound analytical skills with ability to interpret and analyse company financials
5. Passionate individual who is innovative and enjoys a dynamic work environment
6. Highly focused, driven and results-oriented individual
