As we continue to expand our consumer presence and strengthen our position as a trusted health and wellness brand, we are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our marketing efforts and accelerate consumer growth.

Position Summary

The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead Actxa’s consumer marketing, brand building, communications, and growth initiatives.

This role is responsible for driving awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy across Actxa’s portfolio of consumer products and services. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end consumer marketing strategy, from brand positioning and storytelling to performance marketing, content creation, community building, product launches, and customer lifecycle marketing.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategy and leading a small team, they are also expected to actively participate in campaign execution, content development, product launches, and growth initiatives, while working closely with Product, Commercial, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and a deep understanding of modern DTC growth marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Consumer Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute Actxa’s consumer marketing strategy to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Establish clear growth targets and marketing KPIs aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Actxa’s consumer market share and customer base.
  • Build scalable growth frameworks that support long-term business growth.

Brand Building & Positioning

  • Own and evolve Actxa’s consumer brand strategy.
  • Strengthen Actxa’s position as a trusted health, wellness, and preventive healthcare brand.
  • Develop compelling brand narratives that resonate with consumers across different demographics and life stages.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and customer experience across all channels.

Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Lead customer acquisition across digital channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, marketplaces, affiliates, influencers, and emerging platforms.
  • Optimize marketing funnels and customer journeys to maximize conversion and ROI.
  • Manage campaign planning, budgeting, attribution, testing, and performance analysis.
  • Drive continuous experimentation to improve customer acquisition efficiency and growth.

Content, Social Media & Community

  • Develop Actxa’s content strategy across social media, website, email, video, and other consumer touchpoints.
  • Build engaging content that educates, inspires, and converts consumers.
  • Grow and manage Actxa’s online communities and social media presence.
  • Create campaigns that drive organic engagement, customer advocacy, and user-generated content.
  • Develop health and wellness storytelling initiatives that strengthen brand affinity.

CRM, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Develop lifecycle marketing programs including onboarding, activation, re-engagement, loyalty, and referral campaigns.
  • Improve customer lifetime value through personalized marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage customer data and behavioral insights to drive retention and repeat purchases.

Product Marketing

  • Partner closely with Product and Commercial teams to develop product positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and go-to-market plan
