Job description
For our client, a family office and investment company based in Zug we are currently recruiting a Family Officer. The role is a mix of conciergerie, administration and operation, assisting the family members in their day to day activities. German fluency is paramount.
The Family Office operates across a broad spectrum of activities, including investments, governance, real estate, and concierge services. You will be part of a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational topics while contributing to the efficient execution of projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and execution of special projects for family members
- Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a point of coordination between family members, internal teams, and external advisors
- Organize meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
- Conduct research and analysis on a variety of topics (e.g. investments, real estate, lifestyle services, philanthropy)
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records
- Support logistics, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks related to ongoing initiatives
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement of internal processes
- Handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
