Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of financial market documentation, including master agreements and transaction-specific contractual arrangements.
• Identify, assess, and help manage legal, regulatory, and operational risks, while contributing to internal policies, governance frameworks, and control processes.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and front-office/business teams on regulatory implementation, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
• Monitor relevant regulatory and market developments, engage with industry working groups where appropriate, and provide updates and analysis to senior stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Swiss-qualified lawyer; US or UK qualification preferred.
• 6+ years' experience in securities lending, repo and collateral transactions within a financial institution or leading law firm.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience advising on cross-border legal and regulatory matters; FINMA knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex legal projects.
