Your challenge We are on the eve of international expansion into markets such as the UK and US. This brings complex issues of scalability, compliance and multi-region infrastructure. We are building a platform that functions smoothly across multiple countries, languages and legislations. And for that, we need you!

You will work in a cross-functional product team in which engineers, product managers, designers and analysts work closely together. Within your team, you get a lot of autonomy and the chance to make an impact.

What will you do?

• Actively contribute to the technical roadmap, code reviews and our way of working.
• Collaborate with designers to localise the existing front-end and develop and test new features.
• Develop smart automations for onboarding processes so that professionals worldwide quickly find relevant assignments.
• Working with AWS, Docker and event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ) to deliver a robust platform that meets international security, compliance and performance standards.

Wij ondersteunen hybride werken en hanteren hiervoor een 60/40-verdeling, waarbij je bij een fulltime dienstverband drie dagen op kantoor bent en twee dagen vanuit huis kunt werken.

Wij betalen jouw volledige pensioenpremie. Je bouwt dus pensioen op zonder dat je daar zelf aan bijdraagt. Je houdt hierdoor een hoger nettosalaris over.

• You enjoy working in teams, actively asking questions and are open to feedback.
• Proven experience applying AI coding agents such as Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools in day-to-day engineering workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with AI-assisted development environments such as Cursor, VS Code, or equivalent tools, while maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and security.
• You are energised by technical challenges and complexity.
