Job description

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive – Healthcare IT to join our growing team in KSA. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales within ERP, EMR, HIS, or HMS solutions, and will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with healthcare clients such as hospitals and clinics.

This is a field-based sales role, requiring active client visits, meetings with decision-makers, and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person visits and outdoor sales activities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers (Doctors, Admin Heads, IT Managers, Procurement teams)
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, pre-sales engagement, product presentation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients and follow up on leads
  • Present and demonstrate Healthcare ERP / EMR / HIS / HMS solutions
  • Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM/reporting regularly
  • Collaborate with internal technical and presales teams for smooth execution

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience (mandatory)
  • Experience in Healthcare IT, ERP, EMR, HIS, or HMS sales preferred
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales cycle (pre-sales to closing)
  • Must be comfortable with field sales / outdoor client meetings
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with senior decision-makers
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Must be proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated
  • LMS or irrelevant sales experience will not be considered
