Contract Manager - Contractor - Mechanical Oil & Gas

An experienced Contracts Manager is required to join a leading international contractor on the construction of a large-scale gas processing plant in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration of all contract-related matters across the project lifecycle
• Review, negotiate, and manage EPC contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements
• Provide strategic contractual advice to project leadership and commercial teams
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks and opportunities
• Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and company policies
• Support procurement and project controls teams in contract execution

To apply candidates should meet the following criteri

aBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying et

cExtensive experience in contract management on large-scale mechanical oil & gas development

sStrong knowledge of EPC contracts and international contracting standards (e.g., FIDIC

)Expertise in claims management, contract interpretation and commercial negotiation

sExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skill
