The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Sales Representative to join our growing commercial team. This is a hybrid role that requires a delicate balance of strategic account management and new business acquisition. Your primary objectives will be twofold:

· Client Retention & Growth in the DACH Region: Nurture, retain, and upsell our existing, highly valued client base across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

· New Business Development in the Nordics, USA & Beyond: Spearhead our international expansion by identifying and closing new business opportunities with publishers and media organizations in the Nordics, the United States, and other emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for our established portfolio of publishers and media partners in the DACH region.
· Develop deep, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high client satisfaction, contract renewals, and minimal churn.
· Introduce our established clients to the new, innovative solutions on our horizon to drive upselling and cross-selling revenue.

Business Development (Nordics, USA & Global Markets)
· Develop and execute a robust market-entry and sales strategy targeting publishers, App providers, and media organizations in the Nordics and the USA.
· Manage the entire sales cycle for new clients - from prospecting and lead generation to product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
· Attend international industry events and conferences to build X-CAGO’s brand presence and generate a high-quality pipeline.
· Provide actionable market feedback to our product and developement teams to help shape the continuous development of our software solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements
· Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales and account management experience, preferably within the software, SaaS or publishing technology.
· Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in German (essential for the DACH market) and full professional proficiency in English.
· Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in both retaining high-value B2B enterprise clients and hunting/closing new business in international markets.
· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the publishing industry, digital media landscape, media monitoring (MMO/CMO), or data conversion software is highly advantageous.
· Skillset: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to explain complex, innovative technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel as needed to visit key around the world.
