🚀 Hiring: Power BI / Data & Analytics Specialist (Freelance/Contract)

📍 Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany (Westendstraße 199, 80686)

🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (1–2 days/week onsite)

💼 Contract Duration: Until End of 2026

(IC/Freelance/Umbrella)

We are looking for an experienced Power BI / Data & Analytics Specialist to support our Data & AI initiatives within a Microsoft Fabric environment .

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports & dashboards

• Build and maintain semantic models and datasets

• Develop data models (Star Schema, DAX measures, KPIs)

• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions

• Improve report performance, usability, and data quality

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineering teams

• Support data flows, transformations, documentation, and QA activities

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

✅ 3–5+ years of experience in Power BI / Analytics

✅ Strong expertise in:

• Power BI Reports & Dashboards

• DAX & Data Modeling

• Power BI Service / Microsoft Fabric

• Workspaces & Deployment

• SQL (Queries, Extraction, Transformation)

⭐ Nice to have:

• Azure / Microsoft Fabric Data Engineering experience

• Data governance & Row-Level Security (RLS)

• Automotive or regulated industry experience

🔹 Languages:

🇩🇪 German – Mandatory

🇬🇧 English – Good to have
