Position Details

  • Role: IT Desktop Support Engineer (L2)
  • Location: Düsseldorf
  • Employment Type: B2B Contract
  • Work Mode: Onsite
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Salary: €4,300 per month
  • Start Date: ASAP

Mandatory Requirements

  • German Language: B2 Certified (Mandatory)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing (EUC) environment
  • Ability to work independently and provide onsite user support

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support for end users.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
  • Support laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
  • Handle incident tickets and service requests through ITSM tools.
  • Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Support SCCM and Microsoft Intune for device management and software deployment.
  • Coordinate with global IT teams and third-party vendors when required.
  • Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
  • Provide VIP and executive user support as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 4.300,00€ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • 40221 Düsseldorf: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
