Job Role: Full Stack Developer(.NET+Flutter)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cross-platform mobile banking applications using Flutter/Dart
• Design and implement secure, scalable APIs and microservices using .NET Core
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design reviews
• Integrate with core banking systems and third-party financial services
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and code reviews
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of overall software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter/Dart experience (banking/fintech apps preferred)
• 4+ years of experience with C#/.NET Core and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Strong understanding of API security, data privacy, and compliance
• Prior experience in UAE/GCC banking or fintech projects is an advantage
• Strong communication skills with client-facing exposure
