Failure Analysis Technician

Responsibilities :

• Perform failure analysis using various tools and instruments such as digital multimeter,digital microscope,electrical testing equipment.
• Perform Destructive Analysis (cross section, tear down, decapsulation)
• Able to perform part removal process (desoldering process, tool cutting pcb)
• Willing to learn and operate X-ray machine and SEM/EDX.
• Feedback the Failure Analysis findings to engineer for investigation and report compilation.

Requirements :

• Nitec or Diploma in Electronic and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of working experience in electronic manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
• Entry level in relevant engineering field are welcome to apply.
• Basic MS office skills and computer skills.
• 5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 5.15 pm)
• Transport pick-up at Bedok MRT station.
