Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own projects end to end — requirements discovery and scoping, planning, tracking milestones and keeping teams on time and on budget

• Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover, analyse and document business requirements — turning ambiguity into a clear, actionable delivery plan

• Translate business needs into crisp technical specifications, user stories and delivery roadmaps

• Champion data-driven solutions and gap analyses that streamline and elevate how we work

• Design and execute API test cases in Postman, and build advanced Excel models that turn data into decision-ready insight

• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming and issue tracking in JIRA to keep delivery humming

• Manage timelines, dependencies and risks across concurrent work streams so analysis translates cleanly into delivery

• Rally stakeholders across finance, product and engineering around a shared vision and clear priorities

• Track KPIs, surface insights and proactively flag risks to steer strategic decisions

• Safeguard compliance and audit readiness through structured, high-quality documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years of experience spanning both Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager responsibilities

• Strong business analysis and project management skills - from requirements discovery through planning, prioritising and steering delivery across competing priorities

• Proven track record delivering projects and analysis in financial systems or Insurtech environments

• Exceptional communication -responsive, clear and confident with technical and business audiences alike

• Hands-on technical skills across Postman, Python, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and JIRA

• Sharp analytical mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail

• Self-driven and thrives working independently in a fast-paced remote setup

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
