As an FTP & Cost Pricing Analyst at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you contribute to a sustainable and fair future by optimizing the pricing and financial steering of our bank. You work at the heart of our organization, translating complex financial puzzles into concrete advice that drives our mission forward.

What will you do?

As an FTP & Cost Pricing Analyst at ASN Bank, you are part of the Balance Sheet Management department. You work on the development and optimization of our Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and cost pricing models, ensuring every product we offer is priced correctly and contributes to our financial and sustainable goals. Depending on your experience, you work independently while collaborating closely with experienced colleagues on complex financial topics that have a direct impact on the balance sheet of ASN Bank. In this role you help ensure that pricing decisions are financially sound, transparent and aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities:

  • You develop, implement and optimize FTP and cost price models that support pricing and strategic decision making.
  • You calculate and analyze the financial impact of pricing proposals and new product initiatives, and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
  • You support pricing committees by translating complex analyses into practical mortgage rate or fee proposals.
  • You continuously improve our FTP & Cost Pricing framework and processes.
  • You collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Finance, IT and Product Management to ensure pricing decisions reflect both commercial ambitions and balance sheet considerations.

This is where you'll work

Our Balance Sheet Management team is a close group of specialist colleagues who challenge each other with complex financial questions every day. Together we play a central role in connecting commercial ambitions with balance sheet management. Our analyses and advice directly influence how products are priced and how the bank manages its balance sheet. We share knowledge openly, give each other honest feedback and say what needs to be said, even when it's uncomfortable. Every thursday we come together at the office.

Your qualities

You have an analytical mindset and an eagerness to learn. You get to the root of complex problems and know how to translate findings into advice that lands. You speak up, stand ground in discussions with stakeholders, and take full ownership of your work. You have the drive to make real impact and the ambition to grow.

You also have:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance or Econometrics.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in balance sheet management, pricing or risk.
  • Knowledge of Dutch retail banking products such as mortgages and savings.
  • Affinity with data analytics and programming such as SQL, Tableau or Python.

This position is in scale 9 or 10 with a salary range between €4.552 and €6.906 gross montly based on 36 hours workweek, depending on the knowledge and experience you bring.

In addition, you can count on:
