AI-Powered Quality Engineer (m|f|d) Software Testing

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a cross-functional agile team of product owners, software developers, verification specialists, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software for device integration and cell factory applications

• Drive the adoption, implementation, and scaling of AI-powered tools and workflows across our software verification lifecycle

• Leverage generative AI to enhance test design, test automation, defect analysis, documentation, and verification efficiency

• Coordinate verification activities, design and maintain automated test suites, and ensure software quality throughout the software development lifecycle

• Work closely with developers to resolve findings and accelerate issue resolution using AI-assisted and data-driven approaches

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Quality Management or similar

• AI-first-mindset, whether through intelligent automation, agent-based systems, prompt engineering, or generative AI applications, and motivation to transfer this experience into AI-driven software verification and quality engineering

• Experience in Software Verification or Software Testing

• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks

• The motivation to improve engineering processes through automation and AI

• Fluent English skills, a passion for innovation, and the motivation to improve engineering processes through automation and AI
