Are you an entrepreneurial Relationship Manager or Private Banker with an established network of HNW/UHNW clients?

We are currently supporting a highly respected and fast-growing Swiss wealth management firm that is looking to expand its Wealth Management business by hiring commercially driven Relationship Managers who want significantly more autonomy, flexibility and long-term upside than is typically available within larger banking environments.

Unlike many traditional institutions, this is an opportunity to genuinely help build and shape a growing Wealth Management franchise while benefiting from an attractive entrepreneurial remuneration model and access to a broad open-architecture investment platform.

💼 The Opportunity

You will be responsible for:

✅ Developing, managing and growing relationships with High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients.

✅ Advising clients on discretionary portfolio management, investment advisory and broader wealth management solutions.

✅ Growing Assets Under Management through both existing relationships and new client acquisition.

✅ Working closely with experienced investment management professionals to deliver tailored investment solutions.

✅ Contributing directly to the continued growth of an ambitious Swiss Wealth Management business.

🎯 What We are Looking For

✔ Existing HNW/UHNW client relationships and a transferable client portfolio.

✔ Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.

✔ Proven ability to build trusted long-term client relationships.

✔ Experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Offices or Independent Asset Management.

✔ Good understanding of financial markets, investment products and portfolio management.

✔ Professional proficiency in English is required.

✔ French is highly desirable.

✔ Additional languages are welcomed.
