Senior Fullstack Engineer - Frontend & UI/UX (all genders)

This position is part of our new SCAYLE Studios business, an AI-powered B2B product that helps fashion and lifestyle brands create and scale high-quality content more efficiently. Born from ABOUT YOU’s own experience with AI-driven content production, SCAYLE Studios is now being developed into a scalable product for brands and retailers worldwide.

As part of the team, you’ll join at an early stage and have the opportunity to directly shape the product, technology, and way of working as we scale the business.

• Turn vague product problems into polished, shipped software

• Design interface components and build the supporting backend logic without handoffs or arbitrary front-end/back-end boundaries

• Shape the product’s look and feel while expanding our design system

• Talk directly to users to guide what we build and iterate on next

• Take full accountability for the quality, testing, and performance of your code

• Track record of shipping web products by focusing on the simplest effective solution

• Deep Ruby on Rails expertise with comfort working across the full tech stack

• Proficiency in modern CSS/Tailwind with a sharp eye for UI polish and motion

• Proven ability to build accessible, intuitive UI without a dedicated designer

• Commitment to reliable code, thorough testing, and stable systems

• Eager to adopt modern tools and workflows to move quickly

Nice to Have

• Background in AI, e-commerce, fashion, or media-rich apps

• Portfolio, live app samples, or open-source contributions
