To support AML’s Learning & Development team in delivering effective training operations, learning administration, and site-wide learning events within a global manufacturing environment. This role contributes to building workforce capability by ensuring training compliance, coordinating learning logistics, and supporting impactful development initiatives, while providing practical exposure to L&D practices in a regulated and fast-paced setting.
