[Uni - Jan till Jun 2027] Organisation Development Intern

As an Organisation Development Intern, you will:

• Support the organization of workshops, training programs, and other initiatives to enhance individual, team, and organisational performance.

• Collaborate with individuals across various levels to understand organisational needs and identify areas for improvement.

• Assist in developing and executing organisational development (OD) strategies that align with business goals.

• Support cultural transformation projects aimed at fostering an inclusive, high-performance, and engaged workforce.

• Support the implementation of change management initiatives.

• Support data analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Undergraduate majoring in Business or Marketing.

• Strong interest in organisation development, culture, and people strategy.

• Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and projects.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at various levels.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

• A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a genuine eagerness to learn and contribute to driving positive change.

• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
