Our team is made up of highly qualified EdTech professionals who bring their knowledge and experience to create superior educational programs and inspire our students.

We are looking for a Senior Academic Expert in Psychoanalysis & Research Methodology to contribute to the development and academic oversight of an international EQF Level 7 Master's programme.

We are looking for a specialist who can ensure a high academic standard of the programme's psychoanalytic content, methodological rigour of the research component, and compliance of educational materials with higher education standards.

  • Advise students on research approaches, formulation of research questions, and development of dissertation projects.
  • Ensure the academic rigour and quality of students' research work.
  • Participate in academic integrity procedures, including assessing student authorship and identifying potential plagiarism or inappropriate use of AI.

Requirements

  • PhD / Doctorate in Psychoanalysis, Philosophy, or Clinical Psychology; or a Master's degree at EQF Level 7 in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience as a clinical psychoanalyst; and/or substantial experience teaching psychoanalysis in higher education.
  • Deep knowledge of psychoanalytic theory and the history of psychoanalysis.
  • Experience with qualitative research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of case-based / case-study, practice-based, and/or arts-based research.
  • Experience in teaching, academic supervision, or academic assessment.
  • English proficiency at C1–C2 level for working with academic materials and conducting classes;
  • Russian proficiency at C1–C2 level for collaboration with the academic and instructional design team.

Nice to Have

  • Membership or professional involvement in international psychoanalytic organisations such as IPA, EPF, WAP, NLS.
  • Publications in peer-reviewed academic journals.
