Deine Aufgaben The Advisory Risk policy environment is evolving rapidly, calling for robust and forward-looking policies that support our global ambitions. In this role, you will help the Advisory Business with fit-for-purpose policies and guidance materials that are enabling more efficient and consistent decision-making and protecting the Advisory practices worldwide from being non-compliant with laws, regulations and professional standards. You’ll also bring policies to life through innovative formats, making complex topics engaging and accessible for the Advisory Risk community worldwide. This position is part of GQ&RM’s Policies & Guidance community and provides Advisory’s lens to the topics at hand.
Dein Profil
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance or a related field, including experience in global programs or project environments and a detailed knowledge of KPMG’s GQ&RM internal policies and processes.
- Master’s degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
- Experience & Knowledge: Solid experience within Risk Management and Compliance, including KPMG’s GQ&RM policies and processes, e.g., CEAC.
- Strong understanding of both Advisory-specific and broader Risk Management frameworks and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of KPMG’s Advisory business, including its strategic priorities, risks, and growth opportunities in a global context Skills, Abilities & Qualifications: Risk Management skills, including policy development, governance, conceptualization, and communication.
- Good understanding of KPMG’s GQ&RM policies, combined with a genuine curiosity to shape future governance structures and evolve the policy landscape in innovative and engaging ways.
- Strong inter-personal skills, with the ability and passion to collaborate with diverse senior colleagues (e.g., Partners/Directors).
- Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills, with proven ability to engage senior forums.
- Experience in structuring complex topics, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, driving standardization, inspring change, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivation to build and leverage a strong global network across GQ&RM, Global Advisory, and member firm teams.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as a structured, proactive and self-driven work approachGood command of MS Office tools and ability to prepare high-quality materials with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English, both in written and verbal form.
