Job description
Responsibilities
Ø Develop and execute SEO optimization plans, define keyword strategies and content direction, drive core keyword rankings, and continuously increase organic website traffic.
Ø Conduct keyword research and management using tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Keyword Planner; maintain and update a keyword database; optimize Title tags, Meta tags, URL structures, and internal linking for core pages (homepage, category pages, product pages) to improve relevance and crawl efficiency.
Ø Plan and execute off-page SEO content strategies, including product reviews, buying guides, and industry content to meet user search intent and enhance page value; build high-quality backlinks to increase domain authority and search rankings.
Ø Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, and conversion rates via Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools; generate regular SEO performance reports and continuously refine strategies; collaborate with operations, product, and technical teams to implement SEO improvements.
Ø Stay up to date with the latest SEO/GEO marketing trends; optimize on-site content based on new algorithm and indexing requirements to increase brand mentions and traffic in GEO search results.
Ø Support the Europe Manager in website content planning, campaign landing page optimization, and European localization adjustments to enhance user experience and conversion efficiency for European customers.
Requirements
Ø 2–4 years of experience in website marketing, SEO, digital marketing, or related fields; experience in cross-border e-commerce, standalone websites, eyewear/fashion/accessories is preferred.
Ø Proficient in Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar tools.
Ø Familiar with major European search engines and local search behaviors; European market SEO experience is a plus.
Ø Fluent in English as a working language; Dutch, German, French, or other European languages are a plus.
Ø Data-driven with strong logical thinking; able to independently conduct SEO audits, develop keyword strategies, and produce analytical reports.
Ø Knowledge of GEO, AI-driven search optimization, and emerging trends is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: €3.400,00 - €4.800,00 per month
