Job Role: Project Coordinator

Work Location: Dubai

Notice Period: Immediate

Overview Responsible for managing project execution in SAP, coordinating service activities with telecommunication providers, supporting sales performance, and delivering accurate forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and update statistical forecasts using SAP business data.
• Run end‑to‑end project processes.
• Track project costs, margins, timelines, and ensure deliverables are executed within the agreed timeline.
• Support revenue and cost recognition to enable timely sales achievement.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure within SAP.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries on contract and project‑related queries.
• Provide excellent customer support when needed.
• Prepare usage reports (add‑ons, data, call usage).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience managing project financials and lifecycle activities.
• Strong ERP background (SAP preferred).
• Analytical skills for forecasting and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel/Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Organized, detail‑driven, and able to work independently.
