Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, risk management, and guiding business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly reports.

• Develop and manage the company’s budgeting process and forecasts.

• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend improvements.

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, and internal policies.

• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and oversee banking relationships.

• Evaluate investment opportunities, financial risks, and cost-control strategies.

• Implement financial controls and streamline accounting processes.

• Supervise the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

• Support strategic decisions through financial modelling and business cases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software (e.g., Zoho and QuickBooks).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
