Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced OCM (Organizational Change Management) Lead to drive change management activities for large-scale SAP transformation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies that ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational change management strategies for large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify organizational readiness requirements.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and change adoption plans.
• Lead training strategy development and enablement programs for large user populations.
• Manage change readiness assessments and resistance management activities.
• Support go-live activities, user adoption initiatives, and hypercare programs.
• Create and track adoption metrics, sustainability measures, and change success indicators.
• Develop key change management deliverables, including change strategies, communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder management plans.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, project teams, and end-users to drive successful transformation outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and communication sessions to support organizational alignment and adoption.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 12 to 15 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) consulting.
• Proven experience leading OCM workstreams for large, multi-country transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in SAP transformation and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Experience in change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training management.
• Hands-on experience developing change strategies, communication plans, training programs, and adoption frameworks.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar frameworks .
• Experience creating adoption tracking dashboards and sustainability metrics.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change psychology, and transformation best practices.
