Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM / Procurement Consultant to join our SAP transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), procurement processes, supplier management, and integration with related SAP modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize procurement processes while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM and Procurement solutions.
• Manage procurement processes including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Invoice Verification.
• Configure and support supplier master management, source lists, and approved vendor lists.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Design and document functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Support procurement approval workflows, release strategies, and contract management processes.
• Facilitate integration between SAP MM, SAP Ariba, Finance, and Warehouse Management modules.
• Support procurement catalog management and mass data upload activities.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for procurement-related issues.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.

Required Experience

• 10 to 15 years of SAP MM / Procurement consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management and procurement processes.
• Experience in at least one or more large-scale SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Proven experience in preparing Blueprint documents, Functional Specifications, Test Scripts, and User Manuals.
• Experience integrating SAP MM with SAP Ariba, SAP Finance, and Warehouse Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing processes, and spend analysis.
• Experience supporting procurement process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
