We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and Project Accounting to join our team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Configure and support Finance and Project Accounting modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management, Financial Dimensions, and Tax .
• Handle Project Management & Accounting , including project costing, budgeting, billing, revenue recognition, WIP, and profitability.
• Conduct requirement workshops, process mapping, solution design, testing, and UAT.
• Prepare functional documentation, FDDs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support data migration, integrations, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide functional support and recommend best-practice solutions.

🔹 Requirements

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Strong experience in Finance and Project Accounting .
• Experience in full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
• Excellent requirements gathering, analytical, troubleshooting, and consulting skills.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform, Azure, and integrations is a plus.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
