Job description
Financial Controller
Location: Goch, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, 47574
Company: Chart Industries
The Role
We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team and play a visible role in the continued development of our finance function. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will work closely with local management and international finance teams, contributing to financial reporting, controlling, forecasting and process improvement initiatives that support business performance.
This is a broad, hands-on role offering genuine responsibility from day one. You will help strengthen financial transparency, improve reporting processes, support the development of business intelligence capabilities and contribute to the ongoing integration of reporting requirements within the wider Baker Hughes organisation. You will gain exposure to both operational and strategic decision-making while helping to shape the future development of the finance function.
This is not a purely reporting-focused position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data, systems and processes, while identifying opportunities to improve how finance supports the wider business. The position would suit an ambitious finance professional who already has experience in accounting, reporting or controlling and is looking to take the next step in their career within a manufacturing environment.
Over time, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to broaden their responsibilities, gain exposure to operational and strategic decision-making, and develop the skills, commercial understanding and leadership experience required for future finance leadership responsibilities within the business.
