Your tasks?

You will support the conception, organization and implementation of diversity, cultural and health initiatives.

In addition, you will be involved in internal communication measures.

You will also create presentations and contributions for the intranet and internal communities.

You will research current trends and best practices in the units of diversity, inclusion, new work and health management.

You will also support the preparation and implementation of workshops.

In addition, you will evaluate surveys, key figures and Feedback.

Support with administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day business rounds off your job profile.

You are studying media/communication sciences, business administration or business psychology with a focus on marketing or communication or a comparable course of study.

You also have an interest in diversity & inclusion, corporate culture, new work and health management.

You have a very good knowledge of German as well as a good knowledge of English.

You are also proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

You work creatively, motivated and reliably, like to contribute your own ideas and enjoy collaboration with others.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly.
