Structural Drafter

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Structural Drafters to join our Technical Dept for a Large Scale Construction Project in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural GA, shop, construction, and detailed drawings based on IFC drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare structural drawings for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, staircases, and other structural elements.
• Prepare reinforcement drawings and coordinate with BBS and IFC drawings.
• Review and coordinate structural shop drawings from subcontractors with architectural and MEP drawings.
• Prepare structural coordination drawings and identify clashes for resolution through RFI.
• Coordinate structural drawings with MEP services, openings, sleeves, embedded items, and precast elements.
• Prepare survey coordination drawings based on approved drawings and site survey information.
• Update drawings as per approved design changes, site modifications, and instructions.
• Prepare as-built structural drawings based on actual site conditions and approved modifications.
• Coordinate with Structural Engineers, Site Engineers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve drawing-related issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience in Building Projects
