Senior Site Engineer - Fit Out & Renovation

We are currently seeking an experienced site engineer who is able handle residential renovation projects. The expectation is for a highly motivated individual to oversee and manage ongoing projects on a day to day basis, supporting the construction and project managers to complete projects on time and on budget. This role requires effective knowledge of all trades on site and its able to issue instructions and track daily work progress including the ability to coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, site team and clients.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise on-site engineering activities.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Handle and organise large teams of labour
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Resolve any site issues promptly.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must have full knowledge of a residential fit out A to Z

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
