Technical Draftsperson

We are looking for a Technical Draftsperson to create accurate technical drawings, layouts, and project documentation in compliance with engineering standards. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and site teams to translate concepts and sketches into precise 2D and 3D deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Drawing: Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, plans, elevations, sections, fabrication layouts, and as-built drawings using CAD software.
• Design & Interpretation: Interpret engineering sketches, specs, and design requirements; update drawings based on engineering or client feedback.
• Quality & Compliance: Verify drawings for dimensions, tolerances, materials, constructability, and adherence to project codes and standards.
• Coordination & Documentation: Work across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines; maintain drawing registers, revision histories, and organized CAD libraries.
• Project Support: Conduct site measurements as needed and assist teams with material take-offs and technical documentation for procurement and construction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma, certificate, or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of technical drafting experience.
• Software: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with Revit, SolidWorks, Civil 3D, or Inventor is a plus.
• Core Competencies: Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints, understanding drawing conventions/scales, and managing revision controls under deadline constraints.
• Skills: Attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
