3. Shop & Fabrication Drawings

  • Lead preparation and technical review of shop drawings.
  • Develop fabrication drawings and detailed installation drawings.
  • Review bracket, anchor, fixing, mullion, transom, glass, sealant, gasket, and interface details.
  • Ensure drawings are suitable for factory fabrication and site installation.
  • Check dimensions, levels, tolerances, profiles, material specifications, and assembly details.
  • Review and incorporate consultant/client comments.
  • Maintain drawing revisions and document control.
  • Review as-built drawings and ensure they reflect final site conditions.

4. Design Coordination

  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, project managers, estimators, procurement, production, and site teams.
  • Review architectural and structural drawings to identify clashes and design constraints.
  • Prepare and respond to RFIs and technical queries.
  • Participate in design review and technical coordination meetings.
  • Resolve interface issues between façade systems and building structure.
  • Ensure design information is communicated clearly to fabrication and installation teams.

5. Façade Engineering & Performance
