We are Hiring: Investment Management Towers Analyst (m/f/d)

Location: Bonn, Germany

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: €60,000–€80,000

On-site: 80% | Travel: 10–25%

Languages: Fluent German & English

Education: Master’s degree preferred

Role Overview

We are seeking an Investment Management Towers Analyst to support the strategic, financial and M&A activities of GD Towers . The role will provide analysis and modelling to support investment decisions, business planning, governance and the EU Tower asset carve-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic development, M&A and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Analyse business plans, monthly results and financial performance .
• Evaluate M&A opportunities, including valuation, financing and strategic rationale .
• Develop financial and business analysis for senior management.
• Prepare Board and Supervisory Board presentations and documentation .
• Support the EU Tower asset carve-out .
• Conduct market, competitor and infrastructure analysis .
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investment partners.

Essential Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field .
• Up to 3 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, M&A, Private Equity or similar.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Knowledge of M&A and Corporate Finance .
• Basic understanding of Corporate Governance .
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent German and English .

Desirable

• Infrastructure / TowerCo experience.
• Private Equity experience.
• Telecommunications industry knowledge.
