Data Analyst

The Role

• Synthesize large-scale operational data into actionable insights for automation design and engineering teams.

• Develop and maintain key performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to track operational efficiency.

• Partner with engineers and product managers to identify and solve critical analytics problems.

• Analyze performance data from new technologies and identify patterns in operational issues.

• Conduct curiosity-led investigations into equipment effectiveness and system reliability.

• Translate complex data into meaningful insights using SQL, scripting languages, and analytical tools.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in SQL for data mining, management, and querying.

• Experience with a scripting language such as Python, Bash, Perl, or Ruby.

• Experience using analytical tools like Tableau, Qlikview, or similar.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

• Understanding of design for scalability, performance, and reliability.
