Are you a proactive, dynamic and driven manager, ready to take the next step in your Real Estate career? We are looking for someone to join the Portfolio & Financial Management, Reporting team.

You’ll be part of a young, dynamic team, working alongside colleagues from all over the world. You’ll report to the Portfolio Reporting Director and be part of the team that creates and delivers strategic insights about the business to the leadership team and shareholder.

career path. You’ll be based at our Amsterdam office. While we embrace a flexible approach to work, our policy requires working from the office three days a week.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end portfolio reporting processes and delivery
  • Take full accountability for the design, production and delivery of the portfolio performance reporting (recurring and ad hoc), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, consistency and relevance across key operational metrics
  • Translate performance data into executive insights
  • Develop clear, structured narratives from complex datasets, enabling senior stakeholders to understand performance trends, key drivers, risks, and required actions in a simple and commercially focused way
  • Drive reporting automation and process efficiency
  • Manage initiatives and collaborate with IT, Property Management, Finance and other business functions to automate and streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, allow scalability and enhance the speed and quality of the outputs
  • Ensure data quality, governance and reporting integrity
  • Define and enforce KPI definitions, reporting standards, controls, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, transparency, and high-quality data across all portfolio reporting outputs and systems.
  • Lead and develop the reporting team
  • Provide direction, coaching, and oversight to (junior) analyst(s) ensuring high-quality analytical output, clear prioritisation of work and strong execution against reporting deadlines
  • and deliverables.

What you’ll bring

  • More than 7 years’ experience in a relevant area, ideally in private equity or asset management, and with a focus on real estate
  • Proven track record in leading teams, providing leadership and guidance to colleagues of varying seniority
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills and ability to work with complex and big data sets
  • Ability to manage and oversee numerous projects and ad-hoc requests at the same time and skilful in prioritizing tasks. General project management skills are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. You know how to solve problems and have the tenacity to get things done
  • Commercial mindset and great communication skills. You understand the numbers and you can explain to others what they mean
  • Demonstratable experience of partnering and influencing senior stakeholders and investors
  • Superb interpersonal skills. You’re a team player who thrives in our fast-paced environment and can juggle priorities effectively. You have a knack for building relationships across all areas within a fast-paced environment

  • Outstanding command of English. Additional language skills are a plus
