You will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of our core product search system, driving improvements to user experience through advanced search technologies and data insights.

What You'll Be Doing:

Be responsible for the development and optimization of the company's core product search system.

Optimize and enhance the search evaluation platform; propose and implement strategies for improving search effectiveness.

Design and develop systems for mining search logs and analyzing user behavior to uncover actionable insights.

Requirements:

Proficient in programming languages such as Java and Python.

Solid understanding of search engine technologies, including tokenization, indexing, weighting, scoring algorithms, and ranking algorithms.

Deep familiarity with the architecture of open-source search engines such as Lucene, Sol, and Elasticsearch, with proven experience in secondary development.

Hands-on experience in search relevance algorithms, ranking algorithms, and personalized search techniques.

Background in information retrieval, natural language processing, or data mining is highly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous learning and technical excellence
