Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Advanced Solution Engineer position with the below requirement and qualification. The position is based in Dubai, JLT .

Role and Responsibilities

• Strong C#, ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/7/8), Web API
• Hands-on microservices development using REST/gRPC and API Gateway patterns.
• Strong SQL Server skills (stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and troubleshooting).
• Experience with EF Core, clean/layered architecture, and design patterns.
• Practical experience with RabbitMQ/MassTransit or similar message-based integration.
• Redis/distributed caching, Docker and Linux basics.
• Secure API development: JWT/OAuth2, encryption basics.
• FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance or banking domain experience.

Nice to have

• Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger/Open Telemetry.
• CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps
• Kubernetes, Azure cloud

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• 1. Minimum bachelor’s in computer science or information technology
• 8 -10 years of professional software development experience.
• FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance or banking domain experience.
• Experience leading small technical streams or acting as a senior contributor to a team.
• Experience in database design/review, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.
