Job description
In this role, you will join a newly established team and take responsibility for the automation and control systems of highly complex, next-generation assembly and Labelling machines for pharmaceutical products—from the initial concept to full implementation. Building on the success of our state-of-the-art high-tech packaging machines for the pharmaceutical industry, you will help shape the products of tomorrow.
Your role in our team
- Design and development of innovative automation and control software
- Analysis of complex requirements and execution of technical feasibility studies for complete machines or specific functionalities
- Programming and implementation of new software solutions, including commissioning
- Standardization and ongoing maintenance of software concepts in close collaboration with the team
- Close cooperation with the design department during the concept and development phases
- Responsibility for automation within development projects
Your profile You are a true team player with a passion for innovation. With strong analytical and conceptual skills and a talent for thinking in systems, you’re ready to tackle any challenge. You’re eager to dive into our high-tech products—such as robotics and camera systems—and quickly make them your own.
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, automation, systems engineering, or a comparable field
- In-depth knowledge of PLC programming (B&R experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with HMI systems, vision technology, and safety concepts is an advantage
- Knowledge of Java as a high-level language and structured text
- Professional experience in industrial automation within mechanical engineering
- Confident communication skills in German and English (minimum level B2)
