Job Title: Swimming Pool Engineer

Position Overview

The Swimming Pool Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of swimming pools, water features, pumps, filtration systems, and associated MEP components. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands‑on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure high‑quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and commission swimming pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, dosing systems, and plumbing networks
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of pool equipment and water treatment systems
• Monitor water quality, chemical dosing, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to pumps, filtration, electrical connections, and control panels
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation for pool operations
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and subcontractor teams during construction and renovation projects
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications for pool‑related works
• Ensure proper installation of waterproofing, tiling, piping, and pool accessories
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and spare parts
• Provide guidance to technicians and supervise on‑site activities
• Ensure all work is completed within project timelines and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in swimming pool engineering or maintenance
• Strong knowledge of pumps, filtration systems, dosing units, heaters, and pool automation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and MEP layouts
• Hands‑on troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical faults
• Familiarity with UAE safety standards and municipality requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills
