Fire Protection Division Manager

Axon Facility Management is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Manager to lead and scale our Fire Protection Division in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee end-to-end operations including Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems installation, testing, commissioning, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in NFPA standards, hands-on experience with Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority (ADCDA) processes, and proven team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end operations for Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems (Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and AMC services).

Ensure all projects and AMC sites comply with the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code of Practice and local ADCD/ADCDA circulars.

Manage AMC execution, renewals, and commercial growth; oversee estimation, BOQ pricing, and spare parts inventory.

Direct engineering and field teams during installation, testing, and commissioning to guarantee on-time completion and quality standards.

Handle ADCD inspections, safety certifications, Hassantuk coordination, and official authority approvals.

Supervise and train engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to maintain high safety, efficiency, and workmanship standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

7+ years of experience in Fire Protection / Life Safety Systems in the UAE, with at least 2+ years in management role.

ADCD/ADCDA Approved Engineer status (or valid Civil Defense Card) "Mandatory".

In-depth knowledge of NFPA standards and the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code of Practice.

Strong proficiency in reviewing and interpreting CAD drawings, fire protection layouts, schematic diagrams, and hydraulic calculation software

Hands-on experience with Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hose Reel, Hydrant, Clean Agent/Gas Suppression (FM200), and Foam systems.

Strong capability in AMC pricing, BOQ estimation, client relations, and cost management.

Valid UAE Driving License is required.

Native Arabic speaker and Fluent in English.
