About the Role
Excelitas Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Working Student / Intern (w/m/d) in Human Resources to join its Germany-wide HR team at the Feldkirchen location.
This opportunity is designed for students who want to build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources . During a multi-month internship or working-student assignment, you will gain practical experience across recruiting, employee support, employment law topics, HR controlling, HR marketing, and personnel development .
You will contribute to diverse HR projects while taking responsibility for selected tasks and supporting the day-to-day operations of an international HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employees with a range of HR-related topics, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, employment contracts, and employment references .
- Independently coordinate and support the recruitment process , including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Assist with HR marketing initiatives and personnel development activities.
- Participate actively in HR projects and independently manage assigned project tasks.
- Support the HR team with administrative and organizational activities.
- Gain practical exposure to employee relations, recruiting, HR controlling, and employment-related processes.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues in an international and cross-functional environment.

Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a comparable field of study .
- Confident user of Microsoft Office , particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong ability to quickly understand new topics and processes.
- Independent, reliable, structured, and precise working style.
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for Human Resources .
- Flexibility, commitment, and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication and service-oriented skills.
- Very good German language skills .
- Good English language skills .
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in developing a long-term career in Human Resources .
- Interest in recruiting, employee relations, HR projects, personnel development, or HR controlling.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Motivation to contribute to HR projects and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Interest in working within an international technology and manufacturing environment.
