Namaste Properties LLC is hiring experienced Real Estate Agents, Property Consultants and Property Sales Consultants to join our Dubai team.

If you already have UAE real estate sales experience, have handled clients and closed property transactions, and are looking for better opportunities, leads and earning potential, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert property sales leads
• Handle buyers, sellers and property investors
• Sell Dubai Off-Plan and Ready Properties
• Handle Secondary Market property transactions
• Advise clients on projects, payment plans and investment opportunities
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property deals
• Build and maintain a strong client database

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months UAE / Dubai Real Estate Sales experience
• Previous property sales / closed transactions strongly preferred
• Experience in Off-Plan Sales, Secondary Market Sales or Investment Properties
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate projects and developers
• Proven ability to generate business, conduct meetings and close deals
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent English communication
• Professional, confident and target-driven
• Must currently be based in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred
