Property Solvers Real Estate is seeking motivated individuals with a strong sales background and at least 1-2 years of real estate experience in the UAE to assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, online marketing, and participation in networking events.
• Conduct property viewings for both secondary and off-plan properties, guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Negotiate deals to ensure that both buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Regular care calls to clients for following up after viewing the property

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have at least 1-2 years of real estate experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Manage time effectively and attention to detail
• Results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Valid UAE driver's license (preferred).
• Broker's License (preferred).
