Mirage Concept Marketing Management is a boutique agency that delivers creative activation and event solutions while connecting top talent with high-profile brands and projects. Our focus includes:

• Brand Activations – From retail promotions to mall experiences, we design campaigns that leave a mark.
• Event Management – We cover everything from corporate events to full-scale productions.
• Talent Coordination – Our extensive network includes thousands of models, promoters, and entertainers available for shoots, events, and activations.

Your Role:
As a Talent Booker, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our talent pool. You’ll be responsible for:

• Sourcing and booking the right people for the right projects.
• Building lasting relationships with both clients and talent.
• Finding new business opportunities through outreach, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Hitting monthly goals and staying on top of industry trends.
• Attending meetings and occasionally working on-site for events or castings.

What We're Looking For:

• Someone who’s either experienced in events/talent coordination or a fast learner eager to jump in.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
• A go-getter who isn’t afraid of cold calls or sales targets.
• Someone who can handle a challenge, think creatively, and find solutions.
• Flexible and mobile—you might not always be desk-bound, and that’s part of the fun.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
