Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying advanced AI-powered products, AI Agents, Agentic AI systems, automation solutions, and LLM-based applications.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in AI engineering, software development, backend development, or related technologies, with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, LLM APIs, AI Agents, RAG, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, API integrations, and production-ready AI systems.

We are looking for someone who has worked on real-world AI projects and can independently take an AI solution from concept and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent systems.
• Build advanced AI Agents and Agentic AI applications.
• Develop multi-agent and multi-step AI workflows.
• Integrate LLM APIs including OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and other AI providers.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Build and implement RAG – Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
• Develop AI workflows using prompt engineering, memory, retrieval, tools, function calling, and orchestration.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, databases, CRMs, APIs, websites, applications, and third-party platforms.
• Design scalable and production-ready AI architecture.
• Develop conversational AI and chatbot solutions.
• Work on Voice AI and AI calling systems where required.
• Integrate multiple AI models and providers into a unified platform.
• Develop intelligent automation workflows for business processes.
• Implement vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI knowledge-base systems.
• Optimize prompts, models, workflows, API usage, latency, accuracy, and overall system performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI applications in production environments.
• Implement proper error handling, logging, monitoring, security, and scalability.
• Research and evaluate new AI models, APIs, frameworks, tools, and technologies.
• Convert business requirements into practical AI-powered products and solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and management to successfully deliver AI projects.
• Maintain proper technical documentation for AI systems, APIs, workflows, and integrations.

Required Experience

Candidates must have:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in AI engineering, software engineering, backend development, or related technology roles.
• Strong hands-on professional experience with Node.js.
• Practical experience developing and deploying AI-powered applications.
• Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs.

This is an onsite position. Candidates should be currently based in the UAE or be willing and able to relocate to Dubai.
