About the Role

Tooth Tastic Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced Patient Sales & Conversion Executive who is confident in communicating with patients, handling objections, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments.

This is a sales and patient-conversion role — not a receptionist or administrative position.

You will manage the patient journey from the first WhatsApp message, phone call, or Instagram DM through follow-up and confirmed booking.

Your performance will be measured by lead conversion, confirmed appointments, follow-up effectiveness, and sales results.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly and professionally to patient inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram DMs, and email
• Convert incoming inquiries and leads into confirmed appointments
• Understand patient needs and guide them toward the appropriate clinic service or treatment
• Handle objections related to price, timing, treatment concerns, and hesitation
• Follow up consistently with patients who inquire but do not immediately book
• Re-engage previous patients for check-ups, treatments, and clinic offers
• Clearly communicate treatments, promotions, payment options, and clinic benefits
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments
• Track leads through the full funnel: Inquiry → Follow-up → Booking → Visit
• Maintain accurate patient communication records in the clinic system or CRM
• Track daily and monthly conversion performance
• Work toward individual booking and sales targets

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent Arabic and English speaker
• Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience
• Previous experience in a dental clinic, medical center, hospital, aesthetic clinic, healthcare company, or similar healthcare environment
• Strong sales, persuasion, and closing skills
• Proven ability to convert leads or inquiries into appointments or sales
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making follow-up calls and proactively contacting leads
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, email, CRM, or clinic management systems
• Target-driven and comfortable working with KPIs and conversion targets

Fresh graduates will not be considered.

Preferred Experience

Experience selling or coordinating:

• Dental treatments
• Veneers and cosmetic dentistry
• Teeth whitening
• Aesthetic or cosmetic treatments
• Medical packages
• Healthcare services

will be strongly preferred.

What This Role Is NOT

This is not a traditional receptionist, front-desk, or administrative assistant position.

The main objective is to:

Engage leads → Build trust → Handle objections → Follow up → Close the booking

If you are looking for a role focused mainly on administration or front-desk duties without sales targets, this position will not be suitable for you.

Compensation

Base Salary: AED 5,000/month

+ Performance-Based Commission

Once you achieve your monthly target, you will earn additional commission based on your converted leads and sales performance.
